They called in Lee Associates to create a prestige boutique with a distinct boudoir feel.<\/p>\n<p>As the Royal Exchange is a Grade I listed building, the planning rules were very restrictive, but Lee Associates managed to maximise the available space by removing a mezzanine level at the rear. This revealed a 6m high ceiling from which they suspended a spectacular crystal chandelier.<\/p>\n<p>All the shop fittings were custom made, as was the luxurious chaise longue.
