Hospitality: Moorgate Oriental
A neglected ground floor site of 4000 sq.ft. has been remodelled for new owners to create the first of an intended chain of branded Oriental-style café bars. A raised timber floor at the rear of the site has been extended to accommodate 85 covers. The 12 metre long front bar and adjacent counters offer bar seating for drinks and snacks. The menu has been designed around the concept of Japanese Bento lunch boxes and the surface material and colours reflect this concept.
