To transform separate entrances, reception spaces and common parts within 3 separate luxury apartment buildings in this prestigious landscaped location, our clients were specific on the results they were looking for:

We’ve named our Design Concept “Leaf and Shadows’ reflecting the locations proximity to Royal Parks and heath.

It was important that our scheme addressed a range of practicalities as well as spatial planning issues that occur within the 3 differing internal building layouts. The placing of concierge desks, seating and circulation have been addressed to suit each individual building which varies within making the most effective use of space and enhancing the environment for residents and visitors alike.

Principal materials such as bespoke wool rugs, artworks and furnishings have been applied within each reception space, being mindful to enhance the character of each individual block.
