Making an Entrance: 1st Impressions count.

Our clients’ design statement was clear:

“The refurbishment is to bring a fresh design to the high-traffic entrance areas of our Reception spaces. The purpose is to create a pleasant and welcoming entrance for residents and visitors. It should maintain or increase the value of flats and should align the quality of the décor better with other apartment blocks in the area.”

By stripping out all fixtures and fittings from this 1960s apartment building, we were able to replan the ground floor reception entrance to provide for easier circulation routes and access to improved mail boxes/ delivery areas. Comfortable stylish seating for residents and visitors is anchored on a bespoke wool rug, sized to suit the new layout ,enhanced by the new lighting system.
