Right Angles: Day Spa
When an offer to take over an existing West London day spa became available, our client identified an opportunity: to create a new venue that responds to gaps in the local consumer market.
The existing premises are tired and outdated and can’t support the kind of holistic lifestyle services that the new owners wish to provide.
To help our clients understand the capabilities of the space ,we’ve undertaken a Feasibility Study and identified options for the use of the ground and basement floors.
By stripping out the warren of small rooms, dual purpose spaces are planned, which will respond to the core statement for the new business.
