Hospitality: The Victory Services Club

The Victory Services Club in London is located in a grand Edwardian building, but the interior décor had become tired, dull and uninspiring. Lee Associates was brought in to give the whole place a total refurbishment.

The building had been badly converted some years before and there was inefficient use of space throughout. With their in-depth knowledge of spatial planning, Lee Associates remodelled the interior to create space for additional toilets, extra seating areas and a new lounge bar. When completed, the refurbishment was a delightful blend of traditional and contemporary, which resulted in a very comfortable and relaxing club environment.

The design transformation succeed in attracting additional members to the club and average spend per head has increased markedly – largely due to the success of the stunning new bar.
